Lamborghini Picture of the Day (2.8.11)

You’ve probably noticed I haven’t been on this blog for quite a while. I do understand that I was unable to continue even though I noted that in the last post. This time, I will try my best to focus my energy on this blog after all the breaks I have taken. I’m going to start catching up with all the news…

Here’s a special Lamborghini to put out today’s picture of the day…

This absolutely beautiful Gallardo is the Gallardo Invidia – which was tuned by Amari Supercars, one of United Kingdom’s largest pre-owned supercar dealers, which now has a branch in the tuning/lifestyle with Amari Design.

Under the hood power output for the 5.0-liter V10 is increased from the standard 513 bhp up to a massive 740 bhp.  Yet no details are given on the performance upgrade, Amari Design says that all engine tuning is performed  by their own Amari Service garage by master technician John Greatorex who has earned his title by Amari who states is in the UK’s top 5 supercar mechanics.

Development for the first prototype and is expected to be launched end of April this year.

Lamborghini Diablo. This is a 2001 Lamborghini Diablo VT. The Diablo VT was Lamborghini’s last model Diablo, which soon got replaced by the Murcielago.

Underground Racing Twin Turbo Gallardo Superleggera goes 250 MPH at The Texas Mile

Underground Racing has exceeded 250 mph in a Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera outfitted with their extraordinary 1500 BHP.

The event occurred at The Texas Mile, where Richard Holt drove his Gallardo Superleggera to a top speed of 250.1 mph. Crazy enough, considering the Superleggera has a top speed of 202 mph.

Lamborghini Gallardo Tuning. German auto tuning compeny  BF-Performance made the GT 540– a Lamborghini Gallardo tuned with added scissor doors much like the Murcielago. The car tuning company, BF Performance, is specially known for it’s tuned Lambo’s which makes the tuning company unique. You can visit the website by clicking here (in German, use Google Translate to translate to English).

Lamborghini Gallardo. This is the 2008 orange Lamborghini Gallardo Superleggera. The Superleggera is based on the Gallardo as you can see, with more HP and other improved things Vs the original Gallardo. Only 172 were produced, with 10 in white, 34 in grey, 37 in black, 45 in yellow and 46 in orange within  June 2007-March 2008. Comment what you think!
