Lamborghini Gallardo crash, two deaths.

The driver of a Lamborghini Gallardo and his female passenger were killed in a traffic accident in Wuppertal, Germany.  Witnesses at the place said the yellow supercar was being driven too fast for the wet highway.

An employee of the automaker,  was giving a test drive to a 28-year-old woman when the accident took place.  Others on the road said the Lamborghini was dangerously racing other cars, using the median to speed past some on the highway.

Eventually, the car launched into the air, slammed into a street light, and caught fire.  The driver was killed instantly, but the 28-year-old passenger managed to escape.

She later died at the scene while emergency paramedics worked on her, waiting for the arrival of the rescue helicopter.
